DELRAY BEACH, Fla, --- Kim Sailer, partner in Beyond All Reasonable Doubt Marketing, spoke about “Marketing the Boutique Law Firm” to the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Practitioners at a luncheon on December 1, 2006.
The presentation focused on how to market and advertise solo and small law firms to get qualified clients in the door.
Sailer discussed the six principles of law firm marketing. “If you don’t have a brand, don’t bother marketing your firm,” Sailer told participants. “Marketing is an investment, not an expense. Today successful firms are spending between 5-10% of their revenue on marketing. If you look at marketing as an expense, you’ll get what you pay for,” she added,
